5. Refund Policy

NO REFUNDS: Due to the nature of our software as intellectual property that is immediately accessible upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for:

  • One-time setup fees

  • Monthly subscription fees

  • Partial month usage

  • Dissatisfaction with the service

  • Technical issues on your end

  • Change of business needs

Exception: Refunds may be considered solely at our discretion in cases of:

  • Billing errors on our part

  • Technical failures that prevent service delivery for extended periods

  • Duplicate charges
